Job Description:
- Manage the complete e-Commerce customer experience at Astrogaming.com with a focus on formulating unique tactics and strategies to increase conversion rates, traffic and sales.
- Work with our in-house graphics team to create and publish online advertisements, particularly pay-per-click, banner, and affiliate advertising
- Be the in-house SEM/SEO/PPC expert providing recommendations and working with the web design team to optimize site layout and design for search engines and increase SERP rankings for common keywords.
- Produce attractive promotional copy for online purposes pertaining to new product releases, limited editions, and special sales.
- Own and manage ASTRO Gaming website properties on a global scale.
- Create, implement, and manage standard policies and procedures for launching new products online
- Develop a standardized web performance metrics system to closely monitor and report on sales and traffic trends.
- Manage a large Google Adwords account by constantly optimizing ads while maintaining a favorable cost to profit ratio
- Work closely with the marketing team to advise on marketing related initiatives and activities
- Learn industry best practices and be most up-to-date on e-commerce methodologies and changes to search engine algorithm to ensure Astrogaming.com rankings on search engines.

Core Competencies / Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Candidate must have deep knowledge in e-commerce and online sales
- Proven track record increasing sales, conversion rates and traffic to an e-commerce website
- Must be well versed in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and affiliate marketing.
- Must be proficient in SEO/SEM/PPC and be able to show proven methods to drives sales for e-retailer
- Ability to think outside the box, connect disparate points of data, and provide solutions to improve the site.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and exercise time management skills

Education, Experience, and Training Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in marketing
- At least 5 years in total work experience and 2+ years working for a multi-million dollar e-commerce retailer as an e-commerce manager and/or marketing.
- Deep online retail consumer products knowledge and experience
- SEO/SEM/PPC certification preferred
- Compensation to include salary + stock options and standard benefits.
