ASTRO Gaming will be teaming up with the second-annual Gamers 4 Giving charity tournament and LAN event in Ann Arbor, Michigan on February 27 through March 1. Held at the Eastern Michigan University Student Center, the event will feature a 2v2 Halo 3 tournament with $1,000 purse, and the entire winning team will win coveted HALO Recon Armor! A 300 man LAN and Super Smash Brothers tournament will round out the weekend series of events.
All of the Xbox 360 stations at the event will be outfitted with ASTRO Pro Rack systems that incorporate fully connected A40 MixAmps for full surround sound and combined local voice communication. Simply connect your A40 Headset and you will be instantly connected to the private voice network and full Dolby Headphone surround sound. The ASTRO crew will be hanging out in the Pro Lounge area, so be sure to come by for a demo of the A40 Audio System if you haven't checked it out yet.
If you can’t come to the event, you still have a chance to win your own set of Recon Armor (and help out the community at the same time!) by participating in the online raffle. There are also two A40 Audio Systems up for grabs as well! For every $5 you donate before February 27, you’ll receive one virtual raffle ticket.
