The Logitech limited hardware warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the packaging and/or documentation of the product you purchased to determine the warranty's length of time that applies. NORTH AMERICA
Most of our products carry a one-year warranty (unless stated otherwise) on defective parts or faulty workmanship during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs. Customers located in the United States will receive a prepaid shipping label to be used to send in items for warranty evaluation and repair. The costs of warranty work and standard return shipping to our customers are also included in the coverage of the warranty. ASTRO’s full warranty policy is available here.
EUROPE
Most of our products carry a two-year warranty (unless stated otherwise) on defective parts or faulty workmanship during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification or repairs. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for any shipping costs on items sent in for warranty evaluation/repair (locations in both the US and UK), but the costs of warranty work and standard return shipping are included in the coverage of the warranty. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Orders for customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the order is placed, and cannot be exchanged. Returns will not be accepted except (a) in accordance with the standard limited warranty provided for the product; or (b) due to errors made by ASTRO Gaming in customizing or personalizing the product. A replacement product provided under warranty may not be personalized/customized if ASTRO Gaming has discontinued the personalization/customization service for that product.
