Warranty Information

The Logitech limited hardware warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the packaging and/or documentation of the product you purchased to determine the warranty's length of time that applies. NORTH AMERICA

Most of our products carry a one-year warranty (unless stated otherwise) on defective parts or faulty workmanship during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs. Customers located in the United States will receive a prepaid shipping label to be used to send in items for warranty evaluation and repair. The costs of warranty work and standard return shipping to our customers are also included in the coverage of the warranty. ASTRO’s full warranty policy is available here.

EUROPE

Most of our products carry a two-year warranty (unless stated otherwise) on defective parts or faulty workmanship during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification or repairs. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for any shipping costs on items sent in for warranty evaluation/repair (locations in both the US and UK), but the costs of warranty work and standard return shipping are included in the coverage of the warranty. LATIN AMERICA

ASIA PACIFIC

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Orders for customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the order is placed, and cannot be exchanged. Returns will not be accepted except (a) in accordance with the standard limited warranty provided for the product; or (b) due to errors made by ASTRO Gaming in customizing or personalizing the product. A replacement product provided under warranty may not be personalized/customized if ASTRO Gaming has discontinued the personalization/customization service for that product.

BP35 AND CS03:

For BP35 and CS03 purchased on ASTROGaming.com, please follow the below warranty instructions:

If you purchased the BP35 gaming backpack or the CS03 crossbody sling and wish to return it for non-defective reasons, please contact ASTRO Gaming customer support for assistance.

If you purchased the BP35 gaming backpack or the CS03 crossbody sling and you want to return it because of a defect, please contact Timbuk2 directly.

Timbuk2 Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Both BP35 and CS03 bags are covered under Timbuk2’s legendary Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime.

The Timbuk2’s Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (such as scratches or stained fabrics). Damage not covered under the Timbuk2’s Limited Lifetime Warranty may be repaired for a fee.
